Haydil Henriquez (LFP Board Chair) is a Bronx Poet Laureate and NYC Scholastic Art & Writing Awards Manager with a BA in Psychology and Education from Swarthmore College.

Bill Aguado is the Executive Director Emeritus of En Foco, Inc., and a former TLC Commissioner, with a demonstrated history of working in the fine arts industry.

Ángel Antonio, Associate Director of Arts and Culture at the Center for Puerto Rican Studies, Hunter College

Stephanie J. Alvarado is a queer femme poet, archivist, researcher, anti-disciplinary artist, and facilitator whose work focuses on intentional archiving, social justice, and community building. 

Nicole Dennis-Benn is the author of Patsy and Here Comes the Sun, a New York Times Notable Book of the Year. Her bestselling sophomore novel, Patsy (Norton/Liveright, June 2019), is a 2020 Lambda Literary Award winner and a New York Times Editors' Choice.

Kelsey Evans works with the US Department of Defense. She is a Fulbright Teaching Fellow with a degree in Business Management from the University of Virginia. 

Ron Kavanaugh is the founding director of the Literary Freedom Project.

Christine Licata has served as Executive Director of No Longer Empty, Director of Public and Community Programs of The Bronx Museum of the Arts, and Director of Performing and Visual Arts at Casita Maria Center for Arts & Education. She is currently an Arts Consultant at 9e BotanicArte.
